MSE is proud to announce that Lyndsie N. Russell is now a shareholder in the firm.
She graduated from Fresno State in 2012 with a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, and a B.S. in Criminology, cum laude. She was a member of the Smittcamp Family Honors College and the Criminology Honors Program. Ms. Russell received her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2016.
Ms. Russell currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fresno County Bar Association and is the past president of the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association. She additionally is the current president of Philanthropy Inspired by the Needs of Our Community (PINC), a local non-profit serving women and children. Ms. Russell is additionally a member of the State Bar of California, the Central California Trial Lawyers’ Association, the Federal Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the National Trial Lawyers.
Ms. Russell has received an AV Rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings. In every year since 2019, she has been selected for inclusion in the Northern California Rising Stars list, a distinction only bestowed upon 2.5% of the attorneys in Northern California.
Ms. Russell practices in the area of civil litigation, including plaintiff’s personal injury, wrongful death, UM/UIM, and product liability.
