William J. Seiler

Mr. Seiler received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Chico State College, and his J.D. Degree from the School of Law, University of California, Davis. He was selected to membership in Phi Eta Sigma, a National Law Honor Society. He was a Professor at the San Joaquin College of Law from 1978-1982.

He is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and The State Bar of California. Mr. Seiler served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army from 1969-1972. Mr. Seiler is a Speaker and Panelist in the areas of Plaintiff and Civil Litigation.

Mr. Watters is a member of the Fresno County and American Bar Associations, The State Bar of California, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Board of Trial Advocates (Advocate; President, San Joaquin Valley Chapter, 1994-1996), National Board of Trial Advocacy (Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate), International Society of Barristers (Fellow), Litigation Counsel of America (Fellow), American College of Trial Lawyers, and International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

He received his A.A. Degree from Fresno City College, his B.A. Degree from San Francisco State College, and his J.D. Degree from Hastings College of Law, University of California. He served as Deputy District Attorney for County in 1964-1965.

Mr. Eanni is a member of the Fresno County and American Bar Associations, The State Bar of California (member, Disciplinary Review Department of the State Bar Court, 1979-1984), Fresno Barristers Club (Secretary, 1965), California Trial Lawyers Association (President, Fresno Chapter, 1969-1971, Chairman, Recognition of Experience Committee, 1979-1980).
