Miles, Sears, & Eanni has reached a settlement in Vargas v. Yosemite Linen Supply, Inc. for $2,200,000.00 for the wrongful death of a woman killed on her way home from work on SR-41 by an intoxicated man driving a company vehicle. The firm represented her three adult children.
