William J. Seiler was born in Reno, Nevada, and raised in Chico, California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1975, and has also been admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and to the Eastern and Central Districts of the U.S. District Courts of California.
Mr. Seiler received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Chico State College, and his J.D. Degree from the School of Law, University of California, Davis. He was selected to membership in Phi Eta Sigma, a National Law Honor Society. He was a Professor at the San Joaquin College of Law from 1978-1982.
He is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and The State Bar of California. Mr. Seiler served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army from 1969-1972. Mr. Seiler is a Speaker and Panelist in the areas of Plaintiff and Civil Litigation.
