Lauren O. Pimentel was born in San Leandro, California and raised in Fremont, California. She received her B.A. Political Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, magna cum laude, in 2008; and her J.D. from University of California Hastings College of the Law, magna cum laude, in 2011.
While at UC Hastings, she was the Productions Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal, received multiple Witkin awards for academic excellence, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Ms. Pimentel also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John Munter of the Superior Court of California, Complex Civil Litigation Department.
Ms. Pimentel is affiliated with Fresno County Bar Association, Fresno County Young Lawyers, and California Women Lawyers.
