Carmen A. Eanni practices civil litigation with an emphasis on plaintiff’s catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and products liability. He has extensive experience in jury trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
Carmen A. Eanni was born in Dover, New Jersey and raised in Hanford, California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1964, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit of California, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.
He received his A.A. Degree from Fresno City College, his B.A. Degree from San Francisco State College, and his J.D. Degree from Hastings College of Law, University of California. He served as Deputy District Attorney for County in 1964-1965.

Mr. Eanni is a member of the Fresno County and American Bar Associations, The State Bar of California (member, Disciplinary Review Department of the State Bar Court, 1979-1984), Fresno Barristers Club (Secretary, 1965), California Trial Lawyers Association (President, Fresno Chapter, 1969-1971, Chairman, Recognition of Experience Committee, 1979-1980).
He has received certification from the California Trial Lawyers Association for Recognized Experience as a Trial Lawyer, and specifically, in the fields of General Personal Injury, Products Liability, Professional Negligence and Workers Compensation). He also is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (President, San Joaquin Chapter, 1982-1983). Mr. Eanni served in the U.S. Army from 1955- 1958, and is involved in community youth activities.
